8:30am Arrival
9:00am-10:00am ON ICE #1
10:00am-10:15am ICE CUT
10:15am-11:15am ON ICE #2
11:15am-11:45am SNACK/PREPARE FOR WORKOUT
11:45am-12:30pm OFF ICE WORKOUT IN GYM
12:30pm Dismissal
3 Week Checking Clinic
March 16th, 23rd, 30th
